Omry was great! Very responsive and quick with his services. Hired him to get out cigarette smoke in a bedroom of our new home. It smelled awful and was so worried the smell would not come out. He came and cleaned the walls and used an ozone machine. The smell is gone! So happy. Definitely recommend their services.

We had a water leak causing mold and other damage. After a few bad contractors, I finally called these guys in and what an amazing job they did. Every other contractor I met with showed up late. Anthony at 911 was always on time, from the day we met for the estimate until the day they finished. He was knowledgeable, calm and was able to easily explain to me what needed to happen and how they would do it. There was no pressure, just info, unlike many other companies. I written got an estimate very fast. Once I officially hired them, they showed up right on time every day, got to work right away, I mean right away, they showed up and I turned around and work had started, wasted no time. Anthony and his team were great at communicating with me everyday to update r with what was going on. I never felt like I needed to baby sit our oversee anything. Very comfortable and confident putting the job in their hands. They did a great job and at a great price. They made a stressful situation a lot easier on me.

We are so lucky to have gotten this recommendation. Omry and his team are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and sincere. Omry, Anthony and Andy came at night to help us with a flood we had in our condo. They extracted all the water, and helped drying all the areas that had water damage. They helped us putting it all back together. They did a thorough and fast work and took care of our insurance claim from start to finish. We highly recommend them!!

911 is the perfect name for this company - they saved us rather quickly, and more than just once! Firstly, their responsiveness is unparalleled and we were astounded as to how quickly our team got back to us with any questions we had about the process, and how fast they got to the site. That team consisted of two of the nicest guys: Omry & Josh. They were beyond dedicated to remediating the mold we had in our newly purchased house- they even worked all through 4th of July weekend- and would not stop until it was all gone. In addition to that they would text us updates from the job site, send us videos of them locking up at night, and constantly update the portal so we could see the before & after pictures of all the progress they were making on our house. In terms of the actual work, they were very thorough, and we passed the independent testing of samples after they were finished. Mold is a nasty element, so they left nothing to chance and really removed the surrounding areas that were affected. Like anything in life, you get what you pay for, and after some negotiating we felt comfortable with 911 and the various procedures they recommended and later performed on our home to do the job right. We will be sure to use them again (hopefully not too soon!) but highly recommend them and their services - truly worthy of 5+ stars in our opinion. Again, our team of Omry & Josh truly and authentically cared about us, our home, and doing a good job. We were beyond satisfied with them, so ask for them specifically if you are remediating any mold!
