Raynor & Associates is extremely competent and a very professional team. Applying to H1-B visa was quite simple. My 12 years of work experience, plus bachelor's degree, and all the necessary documents of my current work were attached, and they only took 2 days to complete my H1B registration! Thank you, I can’t explain how much they helped me.

Four years ago, this was a decent law firm with a few good attorneys. I got my working visa through them. And then recently, I worked with them again on my green card petition, and EVERYTHING went wrong. The attorneys who talked me into working with them immediately assigned my case to a paralegal who does not know how to assist green card application at all once I paid the retainer fee. And the paralegal did a horrible job on my case. She was probably assigned too many cases, and was so "busy" that she basically put my case into a template file, and that was it. I realized something wrong, but the owner insisted that they did everything right, and I will get approved. And guess what, I did not. I got a RFE. It was even worse on the RFE experience. They charged me another 1500 dollars, and for two months they did NOTHING. I finally realized that they were totally not doing their job and changed to another law firm. When I asked them for a refund, the owner Kate was rude and aggressive, and refused to refund any of my money. SERIOUS WARNING. Please avoid this law firm at all cost!!!!!

I successfully obtained my O-1 visa through Raynor & Associates. The process was quite long and many members in the team changed. This was due to my personal protracted preparation of all documents without having a mother agency and also the petition was submitted not long before the covid restrictions. As a result, the long-awaited visa was received. Thank you all for your work.

Questions & Answers

Can I Work Remotely with an Immigration Attorney?

Daysa Payne | Aug 15, 2022
RaynorAssociates CA | Aug 15, 2022

Because U.S. immigration law is Federal in nature, that means it generally does not matter what state an attorney is licensed to practice in. Though our immigration attorneys are licensed in the State of California, it is very easy for us to represent clients in other cities, states and countries all throughout the world. Almost everything we do can easily be accomplished though telephone, Skype video, email and mail correspondence. Although we love to greet our clients at our offices in person, we frequently represent clients remotely before USCIS service centers around the United States and at U.S. consulates and embassies throughout the world.
