We are in Mexico, hospital they did a EKG and says he has a blockage. No flights out today but we will arrive in San Diego early afternoon tomorrow. Should we go to urgent care or the Emergency room?

Emergency room. Don't hesitate. If you're a Kaiser Patient go directly to Scripps. They do most of Kaisers heart work. I'm a Kaiser Patient and have had several surgeries and procedures all done by Scripps.
