UPS has become the last resort for shipping. i expect Amazon shipping to remove UPS from the market completely in 5 years time.

4 out of 4 packages sent to our new home have not been delivered. Cant get ahold of a human to solve the problem and when i went to the service center they tell me they can find that address in the system and have no way to add it! I Told them fedex, USPS and amazon have no problem finding us. I will not be having anything delivered if UPS is the carrier

One of the worst experiences I've had with any shipping company. I bought some cigars and when they tried to deliver them, they attempted to do so in the middle of the afternoon while I was at work. Considering that they're going to keep doing this I try to make some sort of change in the delivery. Come to find out, because it needs my signature I am unable to get the date, time, or address changed at all, but the change of address option on the website was NOT grayed out. I spend 8 dollars to have them hold it at a nearby UPS store and it never happened because I am apparently not allowed to do that. No notification as to why it wouldn't work, customer service wouldn't tell me anything until after I spent an hour trying to get a hold of a real person who could actually provide answers for me. Now what otherwise should have been a simple package for me to show my ID and sign for has now been a multi-day headache that will require yet ANOTHER phone call to the billing department. It makes absolutely no sense that their company policy does not allow an adult to go to one of their UPS stores to sign for a package, nor does it make any sense that I cannot change the delivery time so I can actually be at home from my full time job to sign for the package. UPS needs to seriously reconsider its company policy decisions and its customer service model, because in its current state it will discourage many people from ever using their delivery service again.

Terrible experience. Paid for my packages to be picked up yesterday but no one showed up. I called to get a status on if the packages would be pick up today. The rep said that they put in another request and that someone would be in contact with me in an hour to arrange pick up. No one ever did. I wait a few hours then saw a UPS truck pull into my apartment complex. I was happy that my TIME SENSITIVE packages would finally get picked up. But I waited for them to knock at my door. They didn’t even come by my building. I try to flag them down but nope they just kept on driving. Clearly, I was upset and called again. Apparently they attempted to pick up my packages. They DIDN'T even come by my building. I get the same damn response that I did the last time I called. Someone would call within the hour. No luck. No communication at all. Poor customer service to say the least. I understand that the call center just did what they could but what about the distribution center? Where are they taking accountability? Mind you, I never leave reviews. I know how it effects businesses. I’m hoping this would bring it to attention and customer service and pick up process would be improved.

No, they are closed on Sundays. There is a letter box out front of the building on Bingham Dr where you could leave your envelope but it will not be picked up till Monday.
It’s a pretty shoddy location. Would recommend they shut down operations here.
They are still open somehow.
