I was recommended and the prices were stellar. However, I was not satisfied on how my dog was handled. She was taken in for surgery and my appointment was for the morning. I went back in the evening to get her and they hadn’t even done the procedure! I did not receive a call stating it would be delayed. They had to do the procedure after hours and when I went back to get her she was still trying to wake up. We got her to my car and because of her still waking up she peed in my car and a few times at home because she wasn’t fully awake. This was the responsibility of the office to watch her and do these things had they done the procedure around the scheduled appointment. The vet tech was extremely nice and awesome but my experience was the worst. I was extremely disappointed.

I've been going to Brian Hosking for many years with my dog Chloe. He's always been accurate with his diagnosis and his prices are less than half of my last Vet's. The only reason I don't give an excellent review is the waiting (Even when an appointment is made) and the rudeness of some of the girls working in his office. One should expect to wait between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours past their appointment time so make sure your iPhone is fully charged. I've had bad experiences with the secretaries, being asked to hold then 10-15 minutes go by as if they'd forgotten I was sitting on the line, after calling back I was asked to hold again then hung up on. Overall, I do recommend this Vet but I warn them of the wait and some of the unpleasant staff. Their new office is much nicer than their old office which is a plus. Customer service is key in any service orientated business and with a few adjustments made to personnel and scheduling, I think an excellent review would be justified.

I'm heartbroken that Dr Hoskings is gone. We've used him for over 27 years. I need to find a new vet too.
They open at 9am. If theyre not answering the phone, theyre prob just busy. They will answer eventually.
Sorry! I can't give you that answer, but we are working on getting another doctor to do partnership or selling his practice. But there's a Doctor's meeting this Friday to Figure it out what he wants to do. I'm sorry Guys, as I'm also Sad.
