Never rent here!! The staff is not knowledgeable and gives very poor overviews of the variety of lease possibilities. If you’re looking for cheap places to rent this is not the place for you, I highly recommend running the other way.

I would like to give a shout out to the University flats at Greeley, Colorado specifically to Chase Shelton the administrator of the apartments and a thank you to Tim the Regional Manager. We drove over 18 hours to drop off my son to attend the University Northern Colorado and ran into a serious problem with his housing. Chase was able to resolve the issue expeditiously to insure my son had a positive transition from home to college living. Additionally putting the parents minds at ease. The apartment he moved in was very nice and was part of the phase II opening. The care Chase demonstrated showed that he has the best interest of the tenant (college student) and he takes his job very seriously. This is definitely a true testament of excellence from this management team. Chase we personally thank you for your exceptional service and you were a god sent.

Terrible place. Don't rent here. Dirty, poorly managed, slow to respond to work orders, and fire danger problems. In 2021 the city of Greely had to intervene because of how poorly managed the fire security systems were here. Look it up. They didn't replace our broken fire alarms for a month. The grounds are dirty, the pool is disgusting, the owners are bad people. My room was covered in hair, grime, etc. when I moved in. I spent days cleaning it, the carpets are still dirty, they never cleaned them even though they said they were going to. I filed a work order for it, they never came to do it. The bed is uncomfortable. The only thing it has going for it is it's location, but even then It's right next to the train tracks and the baseball field, both producing lots of noise on any given day. Don't let your kid fall victim to these exploitative, dirty people: rent somewhere else. Also, if management reads this: you're dirtier than the disgusting carpet that you left for me to walk on, I hope you learn empathy someday.

I have had a few experiences. One where I had a broken washer in the unit I was in. It took them three months to come in and move it, they replaced it with a washer that leaked all over the place, and then when they took it out it sat in front of my apartment for 5 more months. And now my girlfriends apartment had two windows broken and a set of keys stolen. The police broke her door down, and the office has not done anything to try and fix it. Oh, and by the way, the robbers still have the keys to get back in and have free reign to take whatever else they want, and the office still isn’t doing anything. Do not move in here, and they should be shut down
