I just wanted to come on here and say that I am a new patient to banner health and I seen Dr Lauroche and he was so nice. Right away all the staff made me feel like they cared. I went in with a cough that was getting worse after covid had went away months ago because of my asthma. I havent had my inhaler for awhile and his MA Sonia went above and beyond to get my inhaler covered by my insurance even though the insurance was such a pain and transferred her a bunch of times and she had to call back 4 or 5 times. I really appreciate the hard work they did for me. Thank you so much Sonia!

They do not run their phones when they are open so it is useless calling them.

If you’re 5 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled. When asked if this is a Banner Health policy, the receptionist said she “doesn’t work for all Banner Health facilities.” Trash organization with trash policies detached from reality.

Scheduled an appointment with a doctor only to get a phone call two days before saying she was out for Covid and scheduled me with another doctor the following week. The day of my appointment as I was leaving I get a call saying he’s out of the office and to reschedule. Finally I reschedule with another doctor for a couple weeks out only to get a phone call yesterday saying that this location is not accepting new patients. Okay so why was I not notified from the beginning?? I’ve been trying to get medical help for weeks and this office has wasted my time for 2 weeks already. Now I’m definitely looking else where that is not Banner Health, this is unprofessional and there should be communication.
