We bought a washer and dryer from JL's a couple years ago and have been very pleased ever since. We didn't have any problems until a part on the dryer went out recently. JL's went out of their way to help us get a replacement part, offering exceptional customer service the whole time. I had to call multiple times over a couple days, and every time received prompt, kind, above and beyond service.

Yes, we have a great rotatating selection of used washers and dryer.
At Jl's everyone, employees and customers alike, are required to wear masks. We have masks in case someone forgets theirs, we have hand sanitizer at the counter, and we spray the counters, appliances, and bathroom down frequently.
