In the last three months have canceled 6 rides for my dad. One time was because the druve showed up early and decided to take a nap in his car in the parking lot of the facility where my dad lives. They don't care if people lose limbs because they can't get care and there diabetes or if they wear a dirty catheter and get and infection. As long as they get there money from there state for the job they didn't do they don't care.

The drivers are on time. The dispatchers went out of their way to save situation going south. Great Medical Transportation company.

The drivers and dispatchers are always very helpful and efficient. I appreciate them transporting my mother, who has a bit of dementia. They take good care of her.

Large fleet of vehicles, so you know that they WILL be able to get you where you're going. Yet they still retain the people skills of a much smaller company. And my favorite thing with WVMT? Communication!!! From the text messages that confirm when they will be there to pick you up to the wonderful interactions with the drivers - you'll know that they care about you and getting you where you need to go safely and on time. Thanks for all the safe and on time rides!!!
