Had an appointment scheduled for over a MONTH. They called me two days prior to tell me they can't see me that late (3:30pm) and offered no accommodations except an earlier appointment. I was blindly transferred to someone else who was unbelievably monotone and not apologetic in the slightest, only said "I don't know who made it but we can't see you"
