Purchased from this business for the first time and ordered 3 Pokemon ETBs. When I received shipment and opened box, I noticed there was no protection like bubble wrap inside. On of my XY Evolutions ETBs had 2 rips. I reached out to customer service via telephone and Email. After the 3rd time and after a week of not receiving a response back to my email, I finally spoke with Jessica. I was told by her that ETBs constantly come like that from the manufacturer. That's fine but why would you send damaged product to your customers. After some haggling she said she would email me a return label. I never received the email. I contemplated do I continue to fight for a return or just eat it and keep it, worried if I ship it back I mujgt not receive my refund at all. This was the first and last I will ever purchase anything from this business.
