If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The only known place serving up authentic Korean BBQ, it has all the quaint feels of a family restaurant and the service you would expect at fine dining restaurant. I've never had a bad experience here and I have eaten here... MANY... times. I take my children here too as there are plenty of child friendly plates and shareable options. Their banchan is unrivaled in Buffalo.

Very poor service. Went in at 5:50pm, 1 table in the building was occupied. Asked for a grill table, they had to check because of reservations (understandable.) Got seated and was told we had to be done by 7 because of future reservations. We then waited over 15 minutes to get the grill and another 5 for the food. The amount of food vs the cost of it was absurd, at nearly $110 for 3 people, Roughly 1 lb of chicken, half a pound of steak, beef bulgogi, and pork bulgogi each. The entire time we were there we were asked once if we needed refills of anything, never got a name of our waitress, and at 6:40 she put our bill on the table. It seems like service has taken a massive dive here and I can guarantee I won't be coming back after this disaster of a dinner. First time I've ever tipped under 10%, and even then she still got $5 per time she visited the table (INCLUDING giving us the bill)
