Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Ordered online. Showed up at the time it said order would be ready. Took forever for someone to acknowledge I was there, then another 30 minutes to get my order. Food was cold so it had probably been sitting there the whole time they were making me wait. Not our first bad experience at a Red Robin and we will never go to another one.

Unfortunately this experience was not great. We chose this restaurant because we were celebrating my daughter‘s birthday. Her favorite food is mac & cheese and loves red robins bottomless mac & cheese. When we ordered they said they were out of mac & cheese. Then another table after us was able to order the mac & cheese and had to question the waiter if we could get it. He explained some sort of mistake, I think it was human error. I had to ask for drinks to be refilled for myself and the children, had to ask for mustard for the burger for my kid, had to ask for the right sides to be brought because the wrong food was brought to us. Not the normal experience at red Robin I still gave them three stars based on previous visit but this last visit was bad.

It took 15 minutes just for someone to greet our table and an hour to get our food. The Dimond location that we went to was extremely under staffed. The waiter even brought the mac and cheese out in microwavable bag that he cut open and poured into the bowls at the table.

I ordered two burgers, French Fries and Onion Rings with two side salads and an order of Mozzarella sticks. When I called to let them know that we did not receive our salads, French Fries or Onion Rings, the manager Tara just said to call Door Dash to let them know the items are missing. She said she would be happy to make me a couple of salads, but I would have to come down and pick them up. She treated me like I was a nuisance, and she said the salads were in the same bag as the burgers and Mozzarella sticks. When I explained that there is no way anything else could fit in the one bag, she acted like I was lying. I love Red Robin but not the poor customer service.
