Horrible , anytime my vehicle needs service the first word that comes out the service advisor mouth is “ we’re currently backed up “… it’s not fair that I have to wait a week for my vehicle to get diagnosed. Leaving the customer with no vehicle because you guys only provide loaners when you guys start fixing the vehicle . It hasn’t been a single time I’ve took my vehicle for any type of service where the process went smooth .

I brought in my 2015 2500 sprinter for front end work. They came back to me with over 11000.00 worth of work for the whole van! So I asked how much for the work on the front end over 5000.00. Went somewhere else and the van didn't need all the work they told me. I have purchased 3 Mercedes sprinters however do to this B.S. I will be looking else where. I guess if I didn't know better they would have taken advantage of me.

Unfortunately if you do not have a set at all, the vehicle has to be towed in to allows us to order a new key and reprogram the ignition. Keys are considered a theft relevant part and have very specific guidelines dealers must for for ordering and distribution. You should be able to call Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance for towing help. 1-800-367-6372. We are happy to help.
You can use Google on the web and find an after market solution for @$250...And I saw a van at the West Herr Jeep dealership the other day that had replacement keys on the side, might want to search the web for them as well.
As we say in the IP support office: RTFM, each model and year is different. You Tube is your friend.
Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo can still sell parts even though they no longer sell the vehicles. You could also go to smartusa.com and search for dealers.
You have to call Towne BMW for information.
Depends if there is a check engine light on.
