Everyone I dealt with was so nice and I adopted the cat perfect for me who came healthy and made herself right at home in my life. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that communication could be a bit better. I filled out a general application and once I was approved I reached out three or four coordinators about cats. I only ever heard back from one (she was amazing to work with about picking my cat!). I also really hope that their website is outdated about the option to declaw their adoptable cats since, without a medical reason, it's illegal in NYS and generally cruel. Otherwise I think this is a very good place to adopt and would adopt from 10 Lives Club again.
