We were extremely impressed by this company. We got three quotes and they gave us the best price, plus had proprietary carpet offerings that were of excellent quality. The two-man crew cranked out a huge job in two days and did a beautiful job. The seams and carpet edges seem to be perfect. They also seemed like a couple great guys. Quick communication with the boss, Eric, and everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped. Definitely recommended!

Over the past few months, West Point has installed engineered hardwood flooring in 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, and one basement stairway for me. For all projects, Mitch gave good advice on what to expect and key decisions and tradeoffs that I should know about before committing to the order and the installation. In all cases, when the installers put the flooring in, they did an excellent job with a focused attention on quality. They had some creative solutions for mixing the newly installed fixed flooring along with floating flooring nearby. And it worked out beautifully. The stairs had a preexisting overhang "nose" that interfered with installing normal hardwood stair noses. They immediately found an excellent solution to the problem that had no real downsides. Ultimately, I feel like the new flooring in every room and on the stairs is of the highest quality. The stair noses are flush with the flooring on the step, which is awesome! And in a couple of areas, they used a flat border around the edges of the flooring that's flush with the flooring itself... much nicer than the usual raised transitions. They were also very sensitive to timing needs. The first project I asked them to do was time sensitive. Winter was coming and we had a 100-year-old piano that's a family heirloom sitting in the garage. If we didn't get the piano inside before the cold weather set in, it might have been damaged. In only 2 weeks, they were able to order the materials, receive them, and come out and install the flooring so that we could get the piano moved inside. Overall, not only would I highly recommend West Point, but I personally plan to go back any time I have a new flooring project.
