Wonderful service. Although they didn't repair my laptop because it wasn't cost effective and I'll be purchasing a new laptop, the service they provided was excellent. They checked out my laptop free of charge and explained the problem, they even took out my hard drive so I could transfer it over to my new laptop. All I had to purchase was an external hard drive to make the transfer. If I ever have any issues with my new laptop, I'll be bringing it here!

My wife has a Dell all-in-one computer which was having a problem with the camera after a Dell service technician replaced the mother board. Call after call to Dell received no troubleshooting answers or a technician to come and fix it, so I took it to J & B and in less than an hour they had it fixed. I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else.

Be ready for a real, possibly in depth conversation about computer hardware and software options with someone who knows what they are talking about & has your best interests in mind. These guys will not overcharge you. They are as honest as the day is long.
