My experience here with one of the primary care doctors was so traumatic that I stopped going for any kind of medical care. I stopped trusting doctors about that incident. I was forced to go through an unnecessary and invasive gynecological procedure despite me clearly saying that I wanted to decline the procedure. But the doctor forced me to against my will. She started the procedure but didn't complete the procedure because the speculum she was using was way too big for a virgin. As I was leaving, I heard the doctor talking about me and my situation with another doctor IN THE HALLWAY. Very unprofessional. The doctors here need to allow patients to make their own decisions regarding their own bodies. And if, after discussing it with the doctor, they do decide to have an invasive procedure done, there should not be any pressure to have an invasive procedure done immediately. This experience was traumatic and humiliating and had such a negative impact on my health because I can't bring myself to go back to the doctors anymore.

Physical medicine dr Harris will not schedule an appointment with me. I have called and requested a referral that the nurses can put in. Dr harris nurse assured me I have a referral active when I have explained to her that physical medicine surgery department says I do not. I do not have a referral and am unable to schedule an appointment for my pain medicine. I am in severe pain but dr harris and his Asian nurse will not help me and have ignored multiple messages sent by the call center requesting they contact me. All I need is for the nurse to put in a simple referral to get my pain medicine but she’s ignoring the dates on the old referral.

Been to this kaiser a few times. Level ofcservice varies greatly, one night i took my wife to urgent care and she was seen quickly. I went back 2 days later and had to wait 3 hours. They made me wait outside and when they finally called me, i had to meet them at a side door rather than front entrance

Have had to use this facility for a couple of years to bring family members for chronic treatment. They are efficient, friendly (except for one intake woman at the urgent care desk on one occasion), and good at their jobs. Highly recommended facility.

Otis, It's unfortunate that elective surgeries have been delayed throughout California this year due to the pandemic. The best advice is to work with your Orthopedic team to see if there are alternate availabilities.

All I know is they stop accepting patients at 930pm. So as long as you're in the building by 930, you will get treated
Regardless of why you are going to the clinic, it depends on if you want staff infection or not. No staff show up early staff show up after10 and have every one scowl treat you poorly and make rude passive aggressive comments and get staff infection that doesn't show up till the next day when you have to call an ambulance to take you to the ER. Happened to me and a few other people I know. Moral of the story show up early very early.
