Dr. Lee Young is awesome. Caring, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and ethical. He takes the time to explain everything, is a clear communicator, doesn't charge unnecessary fees like many vets do these days. Solid, sound advice and care. We take all our pets here. Best vet I've encountered in the area. Staff has been great too.

My sister recommended Discovery Valley Animal Hospital when I was looking to get our daughter's dog's vaccines updated as she hadn't gotten any since being rescued! The vet, Dr. Young, was very kind, friendly, and just like my sister said, wasn't judgemental, didn't try to steer you into buying certain products or lecture you. A very practical vet! The 20 min drive to this vet was worth it, we loved him!

We have brought our cats, rats and dogs to Dr. Young and have never been disappointed. Our animals are always treated with care and respect. We could find closer veterinarians but none that take as good of care. And we have never been charged ridiculous amounts. The staff provides multiple options for procedures and therefore pricing. My family (and probably our animals) love Dr. Young. I highly recommend this vet, even if it takes a 40 minute drive.
