Most people wear a mask but people on treadmills take them off for sure
I think I read a sign that said you must wear them while moving around, but not while actively working out, but each location differs. I go late night/early morning and I mostly see people with them on, but will remove within their discretion.
Last time I went you can wear a mask as well as taking it off
