Love this gym! Always clean and machines get repaired quickly. However, the stair masters are always breaking down with an error code. 3 out of 8 stair master machines work. I hope these get fixed soon!

Went for a trial pass. On the positive side, lots of good equipment / friendly staff. On the negative side, people were just sat not using equipment. The free weights and benches were all in use for the whole session. Additionally several pieces were either out of order or severely damaged. You can’t expect a lot given the price, but would I recommend working out here based upon my experiences? Probably not.

The gym and location is pretty good if you live in the city. If you are one to use the public transit then this gym will definitely fulfill your needs with convenience. However as of late they have had a shortage of hook clips which disables most of the gym goers from using a good amount of machines with clip hook attachments. I’ve opted to purchase my own hook clips for my personal use at the gym however if you are paying for a gym membership (and black card at that) you would expect for simple equipment pieces to be available. The staff has said people are stealing them however even with the new equipment check out system it still doesn’t solve the issue of a lack of clips for the machines and gym goers. If you are looking to have the full option to use as many machines as possible without having to purchase items to use the machine themselves you may want to look for other gyms in the area or another location Planet Fitness because you’ll definitely feel limited otherwise.

I just bought a Black Card at this club location, because I moved from Venice, to the city. My first time signing in was quick and easy, but the experience was still weird. They watched us closely, while I was trying to tour the gym my first day to see where everything was. It felt like they followed us around as well, as if we were up to something. Never had that happen at a gym. Even when I went back tonight, I kept seeing the same worker over and over again regardless of the floor I was on. My second time signing in tonight didn’t make any sense. I’ve paid my membership, as I just bought it THREE days ago. I told him my phone number, and he goes “[Name]?” I confirm, and he says “It’s saying you’re not allowed to work out at this location.” Not allowed? So I’m like, “I was just here 3 days ago when I bought my membership, and everything was fine. I don’t understand.” He says “I don’t know, did you pay your membership?” To which I replied, “Yeah, I just got it a few days ago, and there was no issue when I came in then.” He said it wouldn’t bother him if I went in and worked out, which was nice of him. I’m just left confused, because this months charge has been taken out of my account. Which means that I’m definitely still a member. I signed up at that specific club location, as well. Overall the club is nice. It’s vibey, and the equipment is very nice. There are tons of areas to utilize, and a good weight selection. There’s 3 smith machines! Plenty of benches, and always more than enough treadmills open.

No you got to pay on a public parking lot or on the street its best just getting the bus or train
Yes. But sometimes it smells bad. It is not the employees fault though. It is not their fault that some members have bad hygiene

If you get premium you'll also have to pay a $39 fee. It's one time only. So here's how it works: You sign up for premium, they only charge you $1 for that month. Next month will be $21 and the month after will be $39. Then back to $21 As a black member (the premium membership name) I get to use everything in the spa, bring a guest, but don't let them get you with the "Use all of our gyms". Yes, you can, but you can only use a gym other than your home gym 10 times a month. You will have to pick one home location. Regulars are stuck in one gym. Trust me, it doesn't sound bad, but I moved and really couldn't go to my home gym anymore. I wanted to switch, but even us black members have to wait three months to transfer. Some gyms are cool and will force transfer you, but others will make you stay the full three months or if they do transfer they'll charge you annual fee again.

This is a great location of planet fitness. This location is easily accessed through the bus and walking and biking . There is parking for members which is the metered parking or the structure. Depending on how you go about it your cost may vary.
