Is there a punching bag anywhere?
No but they have open side rooms for circuit training and for thigh machines/floor workouts t ht is separated by a half wall from rest of gym, it is pretty private no dancing or wrestling rooms tho but midtown location has water chair, tanning salon, and another machine, forgot wht it does, hydrate or something like tht
