use instacart instead. faster, easier and cheaper
I would call customer service line so they can help you.
Sign up on their website and click 'delivery/pick up'. You will be prompted to sign up if you don't already have an account. It is easy and generally cheaper than instacart. The delivery fee is cheaper if you agree to have it delivered later or on the next day.

Sign up as a member first.. Then go to very top middle of site it says there "delivery/pickup". Safeway's own delivery service makes the deliveries & usu. It's free for $50 or more in purchase. I had it done before.
I just went to the web site it is there now and they partner with instacart try again
