The technicians have always been friendly but Lapcorp has seemingly lost my blood work. It’s been 4 weeks since I had my blood drawn and received no results or responses to my emails. I’ve had to postpone medical treatments with this delay.

Pleasant and efficient staff. Nice being able to wait on a quiet street outside. 9:45 AM on a Monday: 4 minute wait time with no reservation. 8:30 AM on a Wednesday: 25 minutes wait time with no reservation.

Made a same day (Thursday a.m.) appointment, arrived on time, checked in at the kiosk (less than 30 seconds ~ it scans your DL) and was out within 20 minutes. Tati(Ana) was amazing. Calm, quick and truly cared about my experience. The 2 women working there supported each other and patients in the waiting area were calm and quiet. Grateful to this gem of a location and ample bike 🚴 parking 😉. Thank you, Tati!

Unfortunately, there is no option for zero stars. My wife and I came after having a medical emergency to get a blood test. Upon walking in, we were checking in on the computer and answering all the questions. The attendant was yelled out name, we said we were finishing up the responses, and she proceeded to be very rude throughout. “You’re taking all day”.. sorry, but we’d been through a lot and didn’t need the attitude. I also tried to prop the door open a little because there were a lot of people in there and got yelled at. Figured it was safer to have a door open than 10 people in the small checking in space with a closed door. I had to go back for a blood test. I donate blood regularly. The lack of attention given to the process was clear. She didn’t pay much attention, as she was holding the needle in place while switching out vials, so the needle moved around a lot and it was more painful than it had to be. Oh. And the facility is terrible. Flooring Jane finished in some places, walls not finished painting. If you don’t have any attention to detail, I’m a little less trusting with medical stuff. Not going back.
