Great apartment complex. Well-managed and smartly designed with package centers, locked bicycle rooms, garbage and compost, elegant rooms, beautiful rooftop views. If you can afford to live here, this is as good as apartments in SF get. Edit: OK, sure, the apartments aren't large, but they are indeed one bedrooms. And when you consider the other options in this neighborhood and its amazing location, this is a small price to pay.

From the neighborhood to the staff this apartment building has passes all of my expectations. My apartment is brand new and everything is top of the line. Gas range stove, huge washer and dryer, and luxury finishes like thick baseboards and door trim. The builders really paid attention to detail here and it goes to show. All of that said, the staff is really what made the leasing process so easy for me. The girls in the office are so sweet and are always available if I have any questions. The office is open 7 days a week so I can swing by any time and they genuinely care and are happy to see me. They made leasing super simple, and everything is online and easy to work with. I would have to say the best part, or at least my favorite, is the roof. The fire pit and barbecues are perfect for entertaining my friends and there's even cornhole and a hot tub for the residents. Like I said before this community was very well thought through and I'm beyond happy to be a part of it. Thank you, Duboce team!

I watched this building go up in my favorite neighborhood, and knew I had to live in it. Been there two months and couldn't be happier. The location is RIDICULOUS- 20 minutes to work and 1 minute to all the food and drink and coffee and gyms and dog parks and social life you could ask for. Whats more- the building is posh, intimate but each unit still feels very private. All the neighbors have high standards for the community so people have all been friendly, and management goes above and beyond all expectations. The rooftop is glorious. Friendly people, come be our neighbors!
