U mean like e pay for walmart or somthing like that i use a gift card at safeway all the timenever herd of mobil pay i would call and speak to maneger and if he says yes the get his name and when u go to pay ask for him to assist you
Call safeway/vons and talk directly to the manager. If they don't give you satisfactory answers. Get the district managers name and number ( they are required to provide that information to you, if you ask) I've never had a problem that a D.M. won't fix. Once you mention that the manager didn't help you, they fix it ASAP. You may not want to take the time, to sit in hold and get transferred if this is a small problem, but it is often the only way to get competent help in any retail store.
