my husband and I were season members for 4 years before the pandemic and were able to visit any time. We now are now advised we need to make appointments to visit. When are you going back to the old way with no restrictions ?

It is not hard to simply make reservations online. We too were members for years. You can still go as much as you like by choosing when you are going. I have had no problem going when I want. Every two weeks it is regressed new time slots for next two weeks but even within that two weeks you can still get in. If you have the type of pass that allows you in early to the gardens, you can still do that. You just need to have reservations for that day! Just explore the website. It's not difficult. It is keeping the crowds small and everyone safe. They are doing a tremendous job at the Huntington. There is no going back. There is only going forward.

You no longer need appointments during the week. Not sure about weekends.
