Yes, but i advice to have something to eat before you come to the library. The sandwich that i got cost $15.99 and it was a turkey sandwich no drink, salad or fruit included. The edges of the sandwich i had to throw away because it was super hard.

Only the front cafe was open when we went 2 weekends ago. It was nice and had a variety of ready made and made to order dishes and a bar!🥂🍾

Yes, Jade Court is self-service ready made food. Then outdoor seating. The Red Car Ice Cream Shop is also nice.
The Jade Court Cafe is well worth the money, but it was closed during my last visit.
The Jade court cafe looks super delicious but as mentioned before it is super expensive for everything
Yes, there are a few. Near the entrance there is the new Jade Court Cafe in the Chinese Garden. Also there is a cafe called 1919 Cafe and the Red Car coffee shop. The Rose Garden Tea Room is currently closed for renovations and set to reopen in Winter 2022.
