When Baker Pond is full nothing is allowed in the water human or animal right now the lake bed is dry
In big bear lake, yes on leashes. In the Preserve no, but on the paths with leashes, yes. There are a few waterways where like the pond (as Big Bear Yoga stated) off Hwy 18 coming into Big Bear City..even the cattle ranchers wait til the water dries out (July 2022) to have them roam the grass area, but NEVER when the water is visible
