A serene and bucolic trail along and over a protected marsh. You will see herons and other birds, ducks, turtles, fish.... Dogs are allowed (on a leash). The trail is made up of packed dirt and a boardwalk type of bridge called The Kissing Bridge. There are two parking areas at the start of the trail and it’s right alongside Big Bear Blvd so you can’t miss it.

This was a nice little place to come and take a walk my kids enjoyed it as well. It was within walking distance of our cottage. Parking was easy to find right on the corner. After walking through the whole marsh we were able to get in our car and go over to the lake with my kids also enjoyed.

Yes, you can! There are lots of spots to do so!
When you turn onto Stanfield Marsh rd off Big Bear Blvd there is off street parking on either side of the road. There is also a larger lot on the right hand side of Stanfield Marsh rd (if you're coming from Big Bear Blvd)
When Baker Pond is full nothing is allowed in the water human or animal right now the lake bed is dry
