Quite a challenging trek to the top. Make sure you bring plenty of water. Incredible view from the top.

Recommend. The hike is not long or technical, but there is an ascent that can be a little challenging in the sense you might get a little winded. I did see all different ages and body types so it’s an approachable hike for most people. The view is worth the effort, especially on a clear day.

Great hike! For a challenge start from Jordan lake so you have a steep up hill and make the views really worth it.

We hiked these trails on a day it rained in the morning, rocks were a little slipper but not bad. If you park at the beginning of the trail, you’ll have an easy hike going up South Bubble. If you park down by Jordan’s Pond access and walk the pond path to the bottom of South Bubble, be prepared to do a little cliff face scaling. It was fun but definitely a little instance for about 100 feet. Beautiful view overall.

As novice hikers without the appropriate gear, it took us 30 minutes from the parking spots to the peak of the South Bubbles.
