My first time at an Oregon dispensary, and my experience at Burnt River Farms makes me want to never visit another one! The budtenders have no clue about their products, nor their system. You can't see their products. You have to order off of the menu. That wasn't so bad. I placed my order, she told me the total and I went to wait in line for my order. About 15 employees behind the counter laughing and joking and only one customer being taken care of. 20 minutes later we finally get called up, only for me to be told mine wasn't ready (I did order quite a bit), but by the time she checked out my friend's order, mine was there. She starts to show me some of my prerolls and a bit of bud, throws it in brown paper bag and tells me my total. Half of my order was missing. I tell her this, and she confirms that I was missing about 5 items. I tell her there was 8 items missing. She then states that they must be out of the other things and my budtender just didn't tell me. She gives me my bag and receipt. I check it right there and notice 2 items that were counted were still missing (bud and a preroll). I asked where they were and she apologizes, grabs them off the counter next to her register and gives them to me. Finally get my items and leave. Check things out later and my Entourage Canna 1g preroll (in an unsealed tube) looks small. It was smaller than the .5g prerolls at 4x the price. Got robbed at this place and will warn everyone off of them. Also emailed entourage to see if it was their mixup. I'll not be back, nor will I buy Entourage Canna products if this is the quality and service.

The prices and selection is great, the staff is very helpful and if they don't know the answer to your question they ask someone who can. They don't try and tell you something that is not true like most sales people do just to get you to purchase something that you don't want in the long run. Not pushy but are polite and courteous and if you have a problem with something try to correct it for you. They run lots of specials all during the week. If you go before 10am they give early bird discounts, also nice when a little short on funds, but any discount helps.. they usually give military discounts if that helps.

Sadly we can not recycle the pop containers here yet but if you buy any of the Drops brand edibles that have the tin, we do recycle those.

The menu prices include tax. Their farms sells to hotbox... So i doubt that hotbox is cheaper. But go ahead, my town needs the revenue. BRF does includes their tax in their menu prices. If you want to see the breakdown, it's on the receipt.

All orders must be picked up before closing, although, if u can not make it the same day.. you can always reorder online or in store the next day.. and there is a 10% early bird weekday special off everything in store, as long as you are inside the store before 10am

Exactly what Ray said, each pre-tax dollar you spend is a point earned by you and once you earn enough points you can exchange them at the register for merch! A cashier can tell you how many points you have and they will take care of any discounts at the register. I hope this helps!

I haven't heard anything different. For some it's a medication. My opinion is they should stay open. I don't work there but in there upwards of 3 times a week. No indication of them considering closing. Hope that helps
They have a limited supply of such items, but the Happy Hippie in Ontario has a huge selection and if you bring your receipt from Burnt River you get a special discount!
It's up to their discretion, but the standard "legal" policy is that it has to be a VALID ID, meaning not expired.
They can be redeemed for jars, grinders, apparel and other stuff. It's a 1:1 points to dollars. You'll have to see their list for values and what to redeem.

This is a public forum, when you ask questions here you're asking other contributors not the business, so it's best to call and ask. However I think select is hotbox farms brand. Burnt river is a quality place so id go with what they recommend if they don't have select.
Burnt river farms has been around for a very long time and sells their own farm products to places such as hotbox they have low prices because of those relationships with different retailers as well such as the gg#4 is cheaper there for an oz rather than the other places because of that relationship and simply just trying to get the best product to everyone at the best prices!
