I'm not sure but if you purchased the item from a Gucci outlet store and returning back to an outlet store within a certain time frame it should not be an issue. Be sure and read the receipt for instructions on returns.

Does your phone work? I have called so many times over and over and never ever has a person picked up a call. NEVER. Not what you expect from a high-end store. Oh and the mailbox is full and after you get that message it automatically disconnects.
