Horrible service here. I went to VS last week to look for things and was helped by a very nice girl, the girl was then shooed off by one of the other workers (unfortunately) and then I was constantly surrounded by 4-5 different workers who didn’t even speak English asking me to buy their credit card. I was already starting to get frustrated, it doesn’t help that this store was packed head to toe with rude tourists with zero etiquette. I found a few bras I liked and when I went to the fitting room the lady managing the fitting rooms was extremely rude and pushy, she saw I had a panty in the bag and I told her that I just want to try on the bras- she already could not speak proper English so she was telling me to hang the bag with the panty, and to go in with only the bras. But since there was already a language barrier I did not understand the first few times and she got frustrated and yelled “LISTEN” with an attitude and an annoyed look on her face. She also kept knocking really loud on the door for some reason and I got annoyed and left, didn’t even wanna buy anything anymore.

Customer Service here is HORRIBLE!!! I was making a few returns because I purchased the wrong size in pink. The cashier was upset because I was returning, so she ask me to step aside so she can take another customer so who had one item. I said “No Ma’am” I waited in line with my 5 month old baby I will be serviced. Of course she got an attitude.. this was the second time this happened in the same week.
