Great name brands. Good customer service however I always feel the items are too expensive for it to be a kind of a sales store.

The manager Raminta was extremely rude. We went to return a shoe we purchased which got worn out in a single use. She just kept mentioning we don’t accept use products. Definitely after making a purchase of $70 if the product gets worn out in a single use, i will return the product. Dear nordstorm team please look into the issue. Let me know how i can connect to either return or replace my product.

Great selection. Great sales. Really good customer service. You can definitely find some upscale brands at a lower price point than you can in most places. They even run a clear the rack sale where they give you an additional percentage off all of their clearance items. They have a very generous return policy as well.
