I want my account back it’s lock for no reason it’s been 5 days customer service can’t do anything about it help to unlock my account

My account was banned from sony PlayStation cause they stole money from me and I cancelled their transaction. I bought a year subscription for a PlayStation game and they tried to charge me 2 times for it. Bunch of scam artists. They will take your money and even still it and it’s ok but if you say something they ban your account. Very disappointed, Xbox has better graphics and games anyways, only played on here cause my friends like to play on here but that will change.

One Star because I cant go any lower. Account got banned after someone hacked my account and purchased 120 worth of dlc for an mmorpg. I reversed the charges and that earned me a ban. I had to purchase PSN cards in the amount of 120 to get unbanned. Now everytime i check on the status of my account i get hung up on or told i need to wait 24-48 hours for my account to be un banned. I have had this account for well over 10 years, this being my first issue. I own 2 ps4, 1 ps3, 1 psvita. and yet they give no f**Ks. Poor Customer Service, Keep hanging up on me, keep disconnecting chat. And in the end they still took my money.

right now I am not liking the ps3 because I deleted all my things and deleted old accounts to make a master account I did that and all I ha to do was verify my email address on my pc so I went to my email to go and verify it but when I went It said it could not verify it and it is really annoying and I do not see the point of having to do all that stuff for a game system. so honestly I think it was easier to get a xbox!
