Does your phone work? I have called so many times over and over and never ever has a person picked up a call. NEVER. Not what you expect from a high-end store. Oh and the mailbox is full and after you get that message it automatically disconnects.

I had the same problem today,Called more then 20 times and no one pick up the phone,This weekend I'm going there in person to make a complain with the manager about that.

They don’t like to answer when you are INSIDE the store, what about the phone...Too much attitude by the employees but this is Miami!

Do not bother. They do not answer the phone. There is basically no need. They sell at such a high volume and they are too busy. I have a friend that works at the regular Gucci. That is what I was told. Complain all you want, it won’t work.

The store is closed but they will get a much bigger and nicer corner , old Barneys Outlet Winter 2021 Please Dont expect them to do so. Busy store. But few people inside. It is an Outlet, not a full service Gucci store. Expect (preCovid) a line out side. These people invented Social Distancing rules for sure. But the bargains are worth it, Gucci bargains, full and good merchandise. Unlike Louis Vuitton that prefers to burn excess merchandise, these stores sell at certain outlets excess inventory. But it is a semi-Outlet type of place. Feels very upper scale, right outside the Mall, open space. The mall hours are for now 10-7pm And 11-6pm Sundays
