Lie, cheat!! They have a discount ad for students with ID and military; but when he pays, they tell him that the system did not give the discount because they are new. Customer deception. I do not recommend this business. I bought at an outlet in Orlando, new and they honored the discount. Why not Converse on Sawgrass?

I was visiting Florida for work and stopped by this shopping center en route to the airport. I had no plans on purchasing any converse but stopped in. Almost left but Elena explained the amazing discount going on and helped me pick out some items as I was rushed to the airport. Six (6) shoes later and a back pack to put it all in :))) and Elena got me out super quick. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from a retail shop. I will be back and will make sure to shop again at this Converse Store despite having many options here in California. Elena is a prime example of what makes a customer experience AMAZING. Converse - this woman definitely represents your brand well and went above and beyond in heling me that day. I meant to do your on-line survey of her but did not do it within the 7 day time limit and felt compelled to leave one here. ALL for Elena! Thanks again! Oh and we absolutely love the shoes - all 6 of us! SEE YOU SOON!

Great selection. Great prices. I couldn't find a pair. There is an endless variety of styles. Accessories, including t-shirts and bags are available. Remarkably, considering the many styles available, employees are knowledgeable and friendly. There are benches to allow you to sit and try on shoes. Depending on style, your shoe size can very. So try on before you buy. Parking is free. Everything is wheelchair accessible.
