I buy shoes last October the shoes was defect the fabric I call costumer service they find all the information because I have rewards costumer service was excellent experience when I went to the store to talk to the store manager Jeremy duit I explained the problem to the shoes I have the box and recipe information because this shoes they have only 7 months from purchase Iand he was very rude and no costumer service I explained about the problem and he no want to help me in nothing he walked away when I was talking to him I never come back to this place he no have any manors or education level horrible costumer service and he is the store manager wowww ??????

April 18th 2022 at 3:15pm - Found dangles for $29.99 on display in the mens section . The rude lady at the front counter tells me no these black Nike Sandler are $49.99 . Instead of all of your employees standing around talking at the front counter and down the isles they need to correct the prices . Spent 30 minutes trying on sandals to get to the counter to tell me no they are much more in cost. False Advertising . I’m going elsewhere where the prices are actually correct

There was a simple miscommunication on where my order for pickup was and when I try to explain to the employee white female long blonde curly hair she dismissed me twice and kept telling me that my order wasn't ready when I had the email saying my order was ready for pickup turns out my order was in the rack room inside sawgrass and not the one with Off-Broadway horrible customer service first and last time shopping here m
