(Review edited at the bottom from 1 star to 3) As a Veteran and Healthcare worker living in Sunrise my entire life, I will be sharing my experience that Ed Morse at Sawgrass let me down.. The sales team was great. They got me out the door in two hours. However, they sold me a used truck for $32,000 that needs $3,500 worth of work (bad torque converter) the first five days of having the truck. They said it's as-is, which is forcing me to get a warranty that costs around $3,500, if not more. I do not think I will be buying from Ed Morse at sawgrass ever again. Apparently, they do not inspect their used cars well enough and basically say, "Oh well," when their customer has an issue within the first five days of having the vehicle, I thought they at least would have the decency to make it right since it was so close to the time of purchase. I test drove the truck, but it was not long enough; the transmission issue did not present itself; the issue occurs when the vehicle has been driving long enough for the powertrain fluids to get hot enough. Also, another issue is the touch screen on the radio. It gave the salesman and me a problem before I even drove off the lot that day of purchase; my buddy asked him if they could take care of it if it were still an issue. However, the salesman didn't give a clear answer. The warranty would not even cover that if I purchased it anyway. I finally got my truck fixed, Jason the service manager was able to get the work done for me. Great services provided by him and his department. I will edit my stars from 1 to 3 due to still having to go through this incident.

I always take my 2017Z06 Vette, which I also purchased at your dealership, for service here. Always a good experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and very well maintained facility. The wait time is reasonable as well.

So far the salesman Michael and the sales manager Rubin have given me a really nice experience. The jury is still out until I take delivery of my new Chevy Silverado 2500 HD sometime this week. They are detailing it now so I will follow up and edit this review.
