I had a medical emergency and needed my girlfriend to come pick me up at 11pm. I had her write an email to the leasing office to let them know, as this is what we had been told we should do if we need to park for an emergency. After a few short hours her car had been towed. when going to the leasing office the next day to explain that I had a medical emergency in that I wasn’t there to get her a pass in the middle of the night we were told that this isn’t an excuse and there’s nothing they can do about it after the woman had told us that’s who we can email. She then insisted that it’s not her job and that it’s courtesy if she gives us a pass. i’m very disappointed as I’ve been a resident here for almost 2 years when my lease is complete. it doesn’t help that the higher the most useless and angry towing company in the Merrimack Valley there.

I lived at Royal crest for 2 years and wish I could get those 2 years back, the apartments are outdated m, the building aren’t well kept, it’s broken glass palooza so be careful walking your animals. The leasing staff besides 1 or 2 people were very hostile. We always had issues trying to get maintenance to do general repairs. We didn’t have a warm and fuzzy experience, and then they wanted to raise our rent $500 yeah no thanks..

As a student from Merrimack leasing through royal has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Through all the drama i experienced with Merrimack housing, Marisol one of the employees at royal heard me and helped my roommates and I get the best apartment. She was so wonderful, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely satisfied. The complex is wonderful and the amenities are amazing for college students.

I loved living here. My family and I absolutely loved this place everyone at the leasing office and the maintenance department are very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for three years before moving to Texas and I still miss this place. It is very secure and clean, it's the perfect location to stay with family as all the basic necessities are within reach. School, college and groceries are close as well. Everything you can think of is accessible at a very short distance.
