This location lacks professionalism. It's obvious all they want is easy day with no regard for customer service. I thought with store manager on site that he would intervene, no.... he doubled down the staffs uncaring attitude.

I was helped by Lindsey! Lindsey was professional, courteous, and attentive. It can get very busy at this site and Lindsey managed to work efficiently and respectfully with each customer. Lindsey provided exceptional service by addressing me aa soon as I walked in. Lindsey also took cues on where I wanted to ship by the envelope address. Besides Erika who I have also met at this location, this was top notch service. With both representatives working in tandem to manage the customers that awaited service! There are drop boxes outside and inside for quick transactions!
