The restrooms are not always clean, I have found toilet tissue on the floor and the toilets are a mess, the floor should be moped more often since it's a crowded gym and a lot of people use those bathrooms. Also, the hand sanitizers around the gym are empty sometimes and also out of paper towels, the staff should be checking the sanitizing stations more often to avoid that. The cable machines are old and need maintenance, some of them get stuck and make a loud noise.

I’ve been a member for many years and in addition to it being a great club, the one thing that is always consistent is the manager, Debbie. She is extremely pleasant ALL THE TIME. She is patient and always goes above and beyond. If you have an issue, she will help get it resolved. If you have a suggestion she will listen. If you have a request, she will do her best to accommodate. Debbie is truly an asset to YouFit.

Too purple and green. Always packed. People don’t wipe down their machines. Staff never repairs machines quickly so there’s wasted space when it’s one of the most packed gyms in the area.

Hi elizabeth, My son started going with me since he was 14. He is now 16. I had to complete the consent form. I have the green membership card which allows me to bring a guest without costing anything extra. He does not have his own membership. Hope this helps.
