Call the manufacturer. It's in there hands now.
If its within the time period stated on the receipt you can return it. If you have a protection plan that was purchased with the TV they might replace it. With out those two things. They will not be able to offer you anything for the tv.
Most electronics have a limited manufactures warranty. The store offers extended warranty, if the product is still under manufacturer's warranty or any other extended warranty they will be able to tell you at the store. The best thing for you to do would be to take the product into the store along with your receipt and the customer service there will be able to assist you.
No you have to contact the manufacturer
Make a call to the store. Might not be worth your time to just take it there.
I would call them directly and ask based on the the circumstances.
