Janet is the best!!!! Went in yesterday for some stools and had the best experience. I usually really dislike talking with sales people but she made my partner and I extremely comfortable and offered suggestions without being pushy, which is what I usually experience. Even after looking around a bit, we actually ended up going with the first set she recommended cause they were so comfortable. Will definitely ask for her again next time!!!!

Frustrated!!! We ordered couches and the salesman told us we had 24 hours from purchase to return items. We picked up the couches at 5:00 pm drove home placed the items in our living room that night and the ottoman was too large. The following morning woke up early and drove 2 hours with a rented trailer and borrowed truck to return the ottoman (unused with tags). But upon arrival were told we ACTUALLY had to return the item same day. Which was impossible considering we picked up our items the day before at closing. After explaining we were told by Ashley we could possibly return the ottoman in a few days and they will call. Where are we supposed to put the ottoman for a few days? Drive it 2 more hours home? Then wait for a call from Ashley rent another trailer, drive 4 hours round trip when it’s convenient for Ashley to take it back?
