Even as a seasoned photographer, I still get intimidated at photo stores. However at pictureline, I feel welcome and Chase always makes sure I get the right equipment for what I need. They make renting equipment a breeze. Price wise, they are competitive so I rest easy knowing I got the best price. 10/10 I love that place. It also always smells really good.

I've been going here for years and years. Whether you need backdrops, lenses, new lighting, a tripod, card reader or just want to rent new equipment to try before you buy... pictureline is your trusted one stop shop. You won't meet a more professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have been with me since the beginning of my career and have felt like a part of my journey as a photographer. Love this company and team. Support local. Check them out for anything you need. Just got a new tripod the other day and am in love.... I'll never go back to cheap tripods again.

20 YEARS of trust. I have been going to Pictureline for over 20 years--they are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and they care about their clients. Their customer service is the BEST of the best. Their prices are amazing, but even if products were to cost more, I would still choose to buy there knowing I have not just a business to contact for help--but a friend. The Pictureline staff knows their products and are great to answer questions without making you feel inferior. They will never try to oversell you. When renting equipment, I have appreciated the time they have taken to make sure I know how to use each item. They have always been patient and never pushy. Berk is a lifesaver and has gone above and beyond to help me in comparing products, renting the right equipment, and taking care of camera repairs. He treats clients like they are the most important person in the room because he believes they are! You really can't find a better place to buy camera gear.

Great customer service experience I had with the guys over there at Pictureline. I had requested an alert for availability of a lens, it came available and Chris helped me through getting it paid for but then there was a mix up with shipping. So Chris along with the of Colin they resolved the situation. Guys they went out of there way to ensure I got lens much faster than it would if left alone. But get this they got the lens from elsewhere something that they didn't need to do. On top of that, as frustrating as the situation was they were so calm and easy to deal with very amazing people thanks guy.

Questions & Answers

A local camera repairman has had my camera for a month and isn’t responding to my inquiries for updates. Can I expect better service from Pictureline?

Melissa Steinberg | Aug 24, 2019
Pictureline | Aug 24, 2019

Hi Melissa - This is unfortunate to hear and must be very frustrating for you. While we don't do repairs in house, we can send equipment in to the manufacturer for you, and have well established channels of communication to keep you up to date throughout the process. If you're unable to get resolution with your current repair person we'd be happy to help. Thanks!

I can't answer either of your questions myself, so I recommend contacting them directly: https://www.pictureline.com/pages/contact-us They're closed Sundays, so you'll have to wait until during the week. Hope this helps.

I am looking to upgrade my camera but need some help with picking. How capable would you be at helping me with it. And do you have a wide variety of cameras on hand that I could look at.

Shawna jones | Aug 24, 2019
Kasey Yeagley | Aug 24, 2019

With my experience there, the staff was very willing and capable in helping to identify what camera and gear that would best suited my needs. There is a good selection of cameras and many (if not all) are on display, the staff should be willing to let you take one out and demonstrate its features and functionality. It's worth dropping in.

Pictureline did mine. They also calibrated my camera body to the lenses which helped with some problems I was having. I think Farr's jewelry in Ogden can also.
