The store is spacious and clean, and I was greeted promptly upon entering and put in the queue. It didn’t take more than 20 minutes for a representative to come and help me, even though they were pretty busy. Gabe was awesome! He found plenty of options for me which fit my criteria. We had an excellent conversation, and he even walked me to the door on my way out. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

This isn’t about this location. It’s about Verizon in general. Verizon is attempting to charge me $300 for being “late” returning the 5G Home Internet equipment. I didn’t even get the shipping label from them until Day 27, and I took it to UPS on Day 30. They are so unethical and dishonest. I advise everyone to avoid their 5G Home Internet service. Aside from the nightmare getting it set up, horrible service, and a bigger nightmare getting it canceled….they are trying to make me pay full price for the equipment that was returned within the time frame. I should mention I’ve been a loyal cell customer for a couple DECADES. I’m shopping for a new provider.

Been sitting here for an hour to buy some earbuds...there are people waiting but agents seem to want to discuss vacations and parents and personal stuff while others wait. Brought to attention of door agent and got "that's just the conversation." It is ride to make others wait while having a personal conversation. There are several agents in the backroom but only 2 on the floor that are with customers. There are 2 customers waiting that have been here an hour plus!!! Where is management to get things moving here. Ridiculous... And after all that weight of an hour and a half I wanted to buy some Google earbuds and they haven't got them in stock. They can ship them to me but I told Kat when I walked in the door that I wanted to buy Google earbuds and I wanted to look at my bill. She could have said at the outset we likely don't have any earbuds. We can still look at your bill but you won't be able to buy anything without a shipping it to you. Getting to and from that store sitting in there I wasted 2 hours of my day. Just look at the other reviews of this store. It will tell you the story.

There is always a 1-2 hour wait to actually speak with someone and get help. You can make an appointment but you have to go to the actual store to do so, because when you call you just get the nationwide service line which is useless. I'm happy with my phone service but getting help from an actual person is nearly impossible without waiting forever. They need more people or at LEAST a way to make an appointment online or over the phone. People are busy and don't have time to be waiting for hours.

Yes we do, it was relocated to the other side of the store, straight ahead when you walk in the door.

I recently purchased a new Samsung phone with Verizon. I replaced a Motorola phone. My question is that at my cabin in the mountains , I used to get a good signal with my old phone, and with the new Samsung phone I hardly get service. ???

Yes, this is a corporate location and they can make edits to your plan so long as you bring a government issued ID and you are a verified user on the account.

If I purchase a phone from not from a Verizon store but from an independent seller, can Verizon activate it?

Depends on the phone. Some can be moved to other carriers, and some cannot.
