Placed an order via the website for instore pickup. Waited nearly an hour (yes i understand places are short handed these days) to find out that the order i had placed online several hours prior still hadn't been pulled yet. With the technology there could have been a way to notify me that my order was running behind schedule so I'm not wasting my time.

Shelves were empty and they were just barely sticking them at 10 am. They were sold out of everything on sale. Would not go back to that store again. Not enough registers open for everyone. Sit in line for 5-10 minutes

This location is horrible!! Manager is very rude to everyone. If you don't like helping people don't become a a retail manager ! I'm pretty sure that it is the #1 in the job description CUSTOMER SERVICE ! After 20+ year's at this store I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I don't pay to have the managment scream in my face to get out when asking for the number to make a complaint about her!

Since I’ve moved to this area from the East side of SLC I’ve noticed a HUGE disparity in products and stocked items. The produce isn’t as fresh, the items offered in every other smiths aren’t here, everything is always out of stock and when I place an order on smiths food and drug website for delivery to my home, all items are “in stock” online but instacart directs their employees to this Redwood store and it’s the absolute worst of all the smiths. I end up getting maybe 5 of 44 things ordered with no replacement options. Suggestions: 1) instacart should remove this store from their list altogether and choose another smiths nearby since so many employees likely report refunds, and 2) this store has such a huge disparity in quality and items offered from the East side of SLC. I lived and shopped between three smiths before moving here and never dealt with these issues until now. This smiths sure feels like a food4less at regular pricing. Even the ethnic food options over here are forced, and mostly canned. Thank heavens for nearby local businesses and markets. Definitely switching to Macy’s and Harmons after yet another disappointing trip here followed by a sparse instacart delivery where they made every effort to find things that do not exist at all at this Redwood location.
