This is the first time that I’ve visited this Smith’s since I was in the area. I was grabbing a few fruits for a road trip we had. I tied the bag because there seemed a high chance of the bag spilling. At checkout, one of the management got in an argument with me cause I tied the bag, even though I didn’t know that was illegal. After a long while I grabbed my food and left. A couple days later I reluctantly returned to this particular Smith’s to grab more stuff for camping. The manager had remembered my name and banned me, even though this time I hadn’t done anything wrong. I don’t see why I was banned for an honest mistake.

Staff is generally pretty friendly and helpful. I recognize lots of faces, and even see some getting higher positions the longer they’re there. The store is clean, and I go there because I can find more of the items on my list (though they stopped carrying some of my faves), plus they are closest. The reason I rated lower stars is: Make sure you’re checking your items as you ring them up—it’s a pretty common problem for me to find that items rang up for more than they were supposed to. They will fix it for you while you’re at the register, but the prices as marked aren’t always the prices at the register. Especially, when I’m doing big orders, I don’t see the mistake until I get home. Kind of a big deal with all of the prices going up. Other than that, check your refrigerated items also—I’ve had some moldy/sour items pretty consistently lately.

Is a very messy store. The staff and/or vendors leave unattended carts with empty boxes all over the place even on busy weekend afternoons. Is a smaller Smiths so no extra room to walk around them. The management should do a better job policing their staff/vendors make for a better shopping experience doing our shopping instead of negotiating around carts like an obstacle course with other people shopping and staff/vendors working busy weekend afternoons. Plus can't Smiths get their stocking work done early mornings when they open at 6am. Then half the time they don't have campari tomatoes on the weekend so sometimes wind up going to 8th & 9th on the weekend anyway. Ditto for Amy's Organic soups low sodium this Smiths didn't stock last I checked so 8th & 9th Smiths again. Will try Albertsons first on the weekend if need campari since is on the way to 8th & 9th. Is why if on the way home from Park City I stop at Kimball's Junction Smiths...Then sometimes in the narrow parking lot at this Smiths some drivers cut the corner like a race car driver forcing other drivers turning to stop as are cut off. I have a 4K dashcam custom installed front and rear so if they run into me will be on them. Then if blow the horn as our right get flipped the bird when they are in the wrong. Is why I usually donate $1,000 a year out-of-state charities only including foodbank and community radio with the rude drivers and other rude people here.

I’ve been coming here for years. This will be the 3rd time in the last 15 years that I’ve lived in the neighborhood and this place has consistently provided great produce and food selection, clean and organized aisles, and friendly and courteous staff. I recommend and will be back.

They won't answer here. I have seen shelves of different Belvita, new ones too at Smith's. I would imagine they would carry those with all the others.
Talk to the manager about it and just avoid the 1 person
No. They don't even have touch card. You have to insert it every time
If they're getting a shipment tomorrow in the morning. Go tonight like 30 minutes before closing, they start to bring out the pallets of merchandise and you can get them from there. That's what I did last night, and I was able to get t.p & clorox wipes.

Yes
You may want to call that store. You can tell Google to call them.
I think you can just walk in and request one. I'm not 100% sure though. I would call the location your going to
