Great hassle free delivery! Shane and Matt arrived on time with positive and welcoming attitudes! They came in and asked about the placement of the couches and had them in my living room within minutes. They were quick and careful during the entire process. After having a terrible experience trying to buy a mattress from a smaller store, we went to RC Willey to buy one there instead. Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us get a great deal on shipping and even was able to help get the mattress delivered just a few days later! They also took away our old one for no cost. Jason sent a personable follow up card in the mail a few days after mattress delivery as well. We were so grateful for his help and professionalism! And our new mattress is WONDERFUL. Great experience!

I purchased most of my furnitures and appliances from RC Willey when I bought my house long years ago. And since having a new house is a huge expense, I availed their 3-year no interest plan which was very nice. And since then, I had been a loyal customer and continue to purchase furnitures and appliances which I did a year ago after getting tired of the previous ones. Not that they were ruined or malfunctioned, but decided to donate them to a family who needed it and for me to take advantage of a holiday offer and of course use their 3year interest free plan again. They carry a wide range of furnitures, appliances, tvs, electronics, home decors, bed and bath accessories, small appliances, area rugs, earbuds, headsets, audio and video equipments and accessories, bedroom sets, mattresses and frames, pillows, vacuum cleaners, safety vaults, bikes, home accessories and many more. They also have clearance sections. They used to have home deliveries and they would even install stuff but realized they didn't have that last year. I can't remember it that was due to pandemic or what but hopefully, they bring that service back. They have a huge parking lot and most especially, their staff are very nice, courteous, well dressed, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

RC Willey has great customer service and their representatives strive to achieve customer satisfaction!!! We recently purchased a new LG washer and dryer as well as a dining table set from our local RC Willey store all in one visit. Both representatives were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and arranged delivery to be done all at the same time so that we weren't inconvenienced. This worked out perfectly for us and we received out new purchases in a matter of 2 weeks. I am a very happy customer!!!🤗😍 At the end of 2019, we also purchased our new LG refrigerator and stove and also had a great experience with RC Willey for the items as well. Although, I am a little disappointed that the light bulb in my store went out and I've been unsuccessful in getting it replaced because as much as we tried, the cover to the bulb will not come off without a special tool and I haven’t been able to find this tool to remove the light bulb cover.😠 if someone can please provide me with any suggestions on how to take this cover off that would be great. I added a picture of the light bulb cover as well a my beautiful dining table!
